*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead, mentor, and inspire department leaders and staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
* Oversee community operations including budgeting, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
* Collaborate with the Axiom Healthcare Services leadership team to achieve strategic goals.
